Customer Focus

Viewed by us as the most important part of the Software Design Process, Customer Focus involves insuring that you receive a product that does everything you expect.

To show our customer focus on a project, after being contacted by you, members of our staff will take part in a On Site Meeting with you to discuss what your needs are for this application.

After this initial meeting, we will take the information you provid us and come up with a rough idea as to what functionality the product will have, and how it will look. We will then meet with you again, present these ideas, and discuss if they meet your needs or not.

If at this point you decide that the product is not what you need currently, there will be no cost charged to you.

The cost of any product and the signing of a contract will only take place once you have agreed that the project outline we propose meets your needs.

Quality

It is hard to think of the product design process and not have Quality come to mind. Often it is difficult to manage both the deadline and the quality of a project, and often the need to get a project completed on time can impact the end quality of a project. But at Ecliptic Software Solutions we make every effort to include Quality Control into every step of a project, so that this is an ongoing process rather then something you try to cram in before a due date.

This Quality Control process often includes:

  • Peer Code Review
  • Common Code Design
  • Full Debug Environments configured to match a customers setup
  • Full Code Documentation, incase you ever decide on a new feature at some future time.

While these steps outlined above may seem simple and obvious to some, by implementing these steps you can greatly insure the Quality of your end product, and cut down or even eliminate the need for Service Packs or Future Updates.
